Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the delivered items thoroughly. Should you find any goods to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We're committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that there are certain items that we cannot accept returns on. This includes perishable goods, customized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Also, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Should you have any concerns about your specific item, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the item you currently possess and, once the return is accepted, initiating a separate purchase for your desired item.
European Union 7-Day Cooling Off Period
For shipments within the European Union, you retain the right to return your order within 7 days without any justification. This is on condition that the item remains in its original, unworn or unused state, complete with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval without a refund, please contact us at shopping@onlineasa.com.
